Definitely don’t think that offer Netflix gave Monique has to do with Gender or Race, sounds more like a “relevance” or “in depend” thing to me.

Love her, and EYE would watch. But def don’t think Monique would bring the same amount of eyeballs as Amy or Chris Rock.
